01
The problem
Terra Estates listed hundreds of properties, yet its website treated each like a database row. Filters were buried, photos were cropped badly and visitors left before reaching a single enquiry form. The agency wanted browsing to feel as unhurried as a site visit.
02
The approach
Interviews with agents revealed the real search order: location first, budget second, bedrooms third. I rebuilt the filters around that order, designed mobile first because most visitors arrived on phones, and tested listing cards with ten buyers until key facts read at a glance.
03
The solution
A map-aware search, generous listing cards with consistent photo ratios and a sticky enquiry bar on property pages. Colour stays quiet and green so photography leads, and pages stay light with images delivered in modern formats. Every listing now answers the three questions buyers ask first: where, how much and how big.
